When did Kailash open it's doors? Kailash opened in 1994. Where is Kailash Indian Cuisine located? Kailash Indian Cuisine is located in the heart of downtown Ridgewood at 22 Oak Street, Ridgewood, NJ 07450. Do you charge sales tax? We charge sales tax in accordance with the state of New Jersey. Is it expensive to dine at Kailash? No, it is not expensive at all. Our gourmet Indian cuisine is always served at the most affordable prices possible. See our menu for price information. Do I have to make a reservation to dine in? Reservations are required in order to be able to take advantage of select offers, please refer to our promotions in order to determine whether or not you wish to make reservations. Can I call in a reservation if I am planning to come with a large party on a specific date and time? Walk ins are always welcome, but please feel free to contact us to make a reservation any time you plan on visiting. Is the entire online menu available at your restaurant? Yes, our entire online menu is available at our restaurant, in addition to special menu items that may not always be listed on our website due to fluctuations in availability. What are your catering prices? For our catering prices, please contact us. Do you sell gift certificates? Yes, we sell gift certificates for any value. To order a gift certificate, please Contact Us. What do I need to know about promotions? “Promotions” refers to discounts and promotional codes offered by Kailash. Promotions are valid only during the specified time period.
  • A one-time use promotion must be used entirely in one purchase. Any amount left over on the promotion will be forfeited. Promotions cannot be combined with other promotions.

Shopping, Ordering, and Account Questions

How do I place an order on KailashIndianCuisine.com? *Please note that we are currently not processing orders over our website. We will keep you updated when offers become available for website ordering. If you have feedback, please contact us.

When ordering is made available, to place an order over our website, simply add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping bag by clicking on the “Add to Shopping Bag” button located next to the item you are interested in. Once you are finished shopping, click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button located inside your shopping bag. The “Shopping Bag” link is at the top right corner of our website. You will then be directed through the checkout process, where you will have to enter your billing and other information. After you submit your order, you will receive an email notification and we will begin processing your order as needed.
How do I browse the menu on your website? KailashIndianCuisine.com offers multiple ways to browse our delicious menu items. For the more traditional method, our in-restaurant menu is available here or by clicking on the "Restaurant Menu" link, which is located on our homepage, as well as on the menu item description pages in our online gallery. For a new way to browse our our delicious menu items, you can navigate the many online gallery links throughout our website. This method may not be what you are used to, but it provides an image-rich and highly descriptive approach to fully acquaint you with our incredible menu items. When browsing with this method, simply click on the link to the department (e.g. Entrees, Bread) that you wish to explore. These links are located at the top of each page. On the left side of the page, you will see a list of all additional sections, under the heading “Refine by Menu Category.” Click on any Menu Category name to view all the items that are available in that section. I put something in my shopping bag, but it's not there anymore-- why? There are two possibilities as to why the item disappeared. First, if you do not have a KailashIndianCuisine.com account, and if you leave the website after adding items to your shopping bag, then the items will no longer be there when you come back. In order to freely visit and leave the website without losing the contents of your shopping bag, you must be logged into your account. The other possibility is that in the time from when you added the item to your shopping bag to now, this menu item is out-of-stock and/or no longer available. This typically happens with our more exclusive special menu items that rate not available year-round. How often do you update your menu? In order to provide our customers with the highest possible quality dining experience, we are evaluating and modifying our menu on a daily basis. We do this to ensure that you will always have the most authentic, homestyle Indian meal when you visit us. Whenever we make changes, we will be sure to update our menu and website in order to ensure that you consistently have access to the most up-to-date information. Can I order by phone? Yes, you can order take-out and/or make reservations by phone. A fax number is not available. To view our phone numbers, please visit the Contact Us page. What forms of payment do you accept? At Kailash Indian Cuisine, we accept cash, all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as gift certificates / gift cards. How do I use a promotional code? To use a promotional code, simply type in the code when you are asked for it during checkout. When is my credit card charged during the order process? KailashIndianCuisine.com will charge your credit card after your billing information is confirmed and your order is ready for shipment. How do I register with KailashIndianCuisine.com? To register with KailashIndianCuisine.com, click on the registration link on the bottom left corner of our website. You will then be brought to the registration page, where you will have to enter your name, email address, password, and password hint. When you click “Continue”, you will be logged into your account.
